Witmore Enterprises Inc. Active Ageing Program

• New program commenced in 2009
  
• Day Programs and Activities for people with an intellectual disability who are aged between 55-64 years
  
• Maintain and support current interests
  
• Therapeutic activities such as art, music, relaxation, pet care and gardening in raised garden beds
  
• Community access and support
  
• Ongoing program
  
• Clients will attend three (3) days per week depending on their support needs
  
• Operating hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday 

Process

• Clients must have a disability and be aged 55 years and over and not already attending a ADHC supported program.
  
• If clients are not currently funded by ADHC and have not registered they will need to complete a registration  form and submit to ADHC for approval.
